Polish Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sea shell noodles
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 3 cans of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (27-oounces) sauerkraut

Directions

  1. Fry bacon till almost done.
  2. Pour out 3/4 of grease and add the three cans mushroom soup and warm up.
  3. While doing that boil noodles and rinse sauerkraut.
  4. Add sauerkraut to bacon and soup mixture.
  5. Put boiled noodles in a bowl or pan and add all together.
  6. Serve warm or hot.
  7. To reheat; add one can of mushroom soup, mix then put in oven till hot.
  8. Then serve.
