Creamy Crockpot Potato Soup

1 32-ounce bag frozen, diced potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 (32-ounce) carton chicken broth
black pepper, to taste
bacon bits- optional

Add all ingredients into your crockpot. Put crockpot on low for 7-8 hours (I leave it on all day while at work). Stir well and enjoy! It’s so easy and delicious!
