Chicken and Rice Casserole

Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 1 1/2 hours | Servings: serves 4

Ingredients 

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups instant rice
  • 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can of Onion soup
  • cooking spray

Directions

  1. Blend the three soups with the 2 cups of instant rice.
  2. Pour in a sprayed casserole dish
  3. Top with the chicken breasts, and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Let cool and serve.
