- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups instant rice
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can of Onion soup
- cooking spray
- Blend the three soups with the 2 cups of instant rice.
- Pour in a sprayed casserole dish
- Top with the chicken breasts, and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
- Let cool and serve.
