- 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 onions, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
- 1/4 cup Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour the marinade into a large zip-top bag and add the steaks, using enough marinade to fully coat the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Reserve any extra marinade in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for later use. Before grilling, remove the steaks from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Grill as desired.
